WorkSpace Access
Hi,
If I dont have acces to create a workspace Can I see the worspace's shared by others and can I share those workspaces with other users?

My organisation is not providing me access to crete workspace.
If someone share a workspace with me can I access it without having permission to create a workspace?

This has nothing to do with whether you are disabled to create a workspace, if you are a Pro user, you can access

Creating workspaces is managed at the tenant level. Your Power BI Administrator can enable/disable workspace creation for you. For more info: Power BI admin portal - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
Irrespective of the ability to create a workspace, you will be able to access the shared workspaces with you and manage all of it's content based on the role you were assigned.
And to share the workspace which has been shared with you, you should have a role of either an admin or a member.
