Thanks for the suggestions.
This does solve part of the issue - displaying decimal places when not wanted, but doesn't properly format values over one thousand with the correct thousand indicator.
As you can see, the measure below does have a thousand indicator
The waterfalls in the attached PBIX file display correctly on first load, but when I filter to specific product (say 133939 using the table) the waterfall now has 1 data label incorectly formatted
