Visual "Card" does not display values

Esteemed, Good Morning I created a report in powerBI where the card when I upload the PBIX on the web service doesn't display the values, follow the images below.

Hi Anonymous 

What's the measure in the 2 cards? 

Could you provide

(1) a sample file for us to test, you can replace raw data with bogus data to protect your privacy,

(2) or provide some samp data involved in the measure used in Card visual, we will test it.

the data contained in the card is a column making a simple sum.

    I am still not able to reproduce this behavior, please provide a sample file with this issue for us to test, you can remove other unrelated information in your sample file.

      Problem that the file has a significant amount of hotel reservation data, I can even remove a significant number and send it to you, but it may not produce the problem informed.
