Thank you for the information!
We do already have an active support ticket open for this issue (Tracking ID: #2608140040003520). Unfortunately, the responses we have received so far have not provided a satisfactory path forward. The feedback has largely amounted to justifications for why the change was made, with the situation being characterized as an intentional product design change rather than acknowledging the real-world impact it has had on our users.
We are not looking for an explanation of why this happened — we are looking for a resolution. A design decision that negatively affects the experience of Viewer-role users should be revisited, and we would appreciate escalation of this ticket to ensure it receives the attention it warrants.
