Viewed Reports by Users
Hi,
Is there a way to easily see which reports from each workspace is being used and which ones have not been touched for a while?

You can see the reports and dashboards usage in Admin portal=> Usage Metrics . This metric is used to count the consumption of all reports, dashboards, and datasets in the organization.
There is also a usage indicator for the reports and dashboards levels in Power BI Service . You can refer to the following blog .
When the nature of your workspaces are different, the way of viewing is also a bit different. You can refer to the official documentation below.
