Values and Screen Refresh Issue

Hi Everyone,  I'm sharing a report screen where we are getting a delay of 2 to 5 minutes before the report will complete and show all of the data.  On some users computers, the load is instantaneous...

    Thank you for the suggestions, we tried these ideas and it did not improve the situation.  We found that the issue was caused by a firewall setting that was inspecting the SSL traffic from a Microsoft site that wasn't whitelisted.  After this was changed, the problem was solved.

Hi DMH 

 

A quick question is this report using direct query or import mode? If it is using direct query, the underlying data source could be the cause of why it is taking longer for the reports to load with different times.
