Users cannot see the report properly

Dear community,

 

I have created a report which includes visual objects from the AppSource (Chiclet Slicer) but after I publish the report, the users I add to the it with Visor access, is not able to see the the object properly. I got this error:

 

 

What am I doing wrong? Only the user that is the owner, the editor, can see the report properly.

    Hi! I have just solved the issue. I download the visual file from the AppSource and then added from the file. Then I pubblished again and apparently is now working. 

     

    it does not make sense, however :S

    drivero Having issues translating the error since it is an image and not text but I wonder if perhaps organizational visuals are enabled and that visual is not listed in the approved organizational visuals?
