Unable to refresh data set after timeout
Hi! Today I had a data set timeout, but when I clicked the refresh icon, the refresh would not start again. I clicked 3 times, allowing for a couple minutes in between and nothing. Has anyone else had this issue?

What is the data source?
Are you using a Gateway to refresh the dataset?- Hi there
Could you try and set up the timeout settings for your data source.

Can you please provide the detailed gateway logs and refresh history to help us clarify this and trace the backend processing error messages?
