Unable to Create an Oracle DataSource

Have you installed the 64-bit ODAC121024_x64.zip file? You should be able to download it from
http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/jp/database/windows/downloads/index-090165.html. Please note that do not install the XCopy one.

Have you installed the 64-bit ODAC121024_x64.zip file? You should be able to download it from
http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/jp/database/windows/downloads/index-090165.html. Please note that do not install the XCopy one.
