Turning On Report Personalisation
Hello,
I've seen an update, that there is availability of Report personalisation in Power BI Service, that allows user to change the visual type or measure (youtube link below to PowerBI channel).

how to turn this on in the report/service?
Hi. I don't think you can do that now. Those features were announced for a near future. However it's not already released.
You'll have to wait a bit more.

Based on my test, there is no the feature "Personalize this visual " in current version of Power BI Service.
You can pay attention to the power bi announcement. The new feature will be announced once released.
