The spooled operation id does not exist ERROR

Question

Hello! We have dataflows, which are refreshing several times in a day.
But last week every refresh (scheduled or manual) fails every time.
We had not changed anything in dataflows or data sources.

We already had the last gateway version. Howewer, we reinstalled it. Error has not disappeared.

Typical error text is: "Received error payload from gateway service with ID 115033: The spooled operation id 9547fff3-9602-4db4-8f15-47694407b8b3 does not exist. Evict code: -1.. Request ID: 94380d13-25c0-4c75-b070-c549ce18a6cd Activity ID: 437d2d0d-3249-4c89-bd8c-d66136b7e98f".

Spooled operation id, request id and activity id are unique in every error. I have no ideas, which row it refers to.

How can this error be fixed?
