Post Patronthe right update date and time get wrong when I refresh from Web
Dear community, I need Help with date and time over the PBI Web service:
When I update from desktop the time and date update is ok but when I refresh the data set from the web it gets wrong and adds 3 more hours.
Anybody knows whats the reason and how I can fix this?

I think that the web service update is accorded to the server location of this company and here they work with a server somewhere else...What I did was to take out the hours difference between my desktop and the time shows in the web service like this: (In my case the difference were 3 hours)...look:
I create a Blank query and do the following:

As I know, we may not get the refresh time in Power BI Desktop. I don't know how do you get the time.
In addition, if you publish the report to Power BI Service, the time in the report will convert to the time in the time zone so there may be a time difference.
