Subscribing users to dashboard - domain authentication?

Super UserSharing to external and subscription are 2 different services. The highlighted statement is also missing a context, you (a pro users) can share to anyone@fabrikam without premium capacity, but that requires anyone@fabrikam to have a pro license. This is just the basic licensing requirements
In conclusion, you cannot subscribe your users (in your current context) without premium capacity.
But you can look into a third party tool to do that, there is still a cost, but not premium cost.
