SQL SERVER FROM DATAMART
Hi, the new service datamart include sqlserver. When Im trying to connect power bi desktop to import database link does not work
this is the link power bi service provide
This is what happening when I used in POWER BI DESKTOP, It freezes in 108 k rows. link is not importing data. Is something wrong with this?

Are you using the datamart connector in the new July update or trying to connect directly to the SQL DB?
Yes I have the last version power bi deskop and I tried both. Direct Query works but Import doesn't.
Table has 2 million of rows but maybe there is a conection problem because is in preview mode?With the new connector you can choose to use the sql endpoint or the dataset, have you tried both?
Mine also randomly freezes at X number of rows. If I restart the import, the number will be different.
felocastri did you ever find a resolution to this issue? I am have the same problem
