Some users experience disabled refresh due to consecutive errors
Hi,
I have some Power BI service users who experience the following message when they open their Power BI report. There are also users who have no problems: "Due to consecutive errors, schedules refresh has been disabled. Please resolve the error on the dataset and then re-enable". There is no error on the dataset (it is working for the majority of the users). Can it be an error on the credentials or what can be the solution?

Hi Anonymous ,
Firstly , if a scheduled refresh fails five times, the scheduled refresh will be stopped for the following possible reasons:
- If your data source is a connected on-premises data source, then there may be a gateway problem, you can check whether the gateway is offline
- If you are a cloud data source and do not need a gateway, the credentials of the data source itself may be invalid and you need to update the credentials of the data source

Hi Anonymous ,
If your team staffing schedule refreshes close together, it can lead to congestion, and exceeding its parallel refresh limit may cause the refresh to fail.
You can try to avoid refreshing with many users at the same time.
