Sharing reports with external users
Hi all,
Would like to confirm is it the below are the only options to allow the external user to sign in to organization's Power BI?
- external user use their own Power BI Pro License OR
- Organization's license admin assign the Power BI Pro License to external user OR
- the content needs to be in a workspace that’s in a Power BI premium capacity (EM or P SKU) OR
- subscribe to Power BI embedded with Azure
Any other method available?

In addition to the method you mentioned using Azure Active Directory B2B to share reports with external users , you can also share the report with them through Publish to Web . However , this method is generally not recommended, because anyone on the Internet can see all the information about your reports when you use this method to share your reports and it requires no authentication. Therefore , you cannot use this method if your report contains any confidential information...
