Sharing Reports - Different Versions

I am having an issue whereby I have updated a report and published the updated version.  

 

Users are reporting that they can see some but not all of the changes that were made.

 

For exmaple on the report I have updated the date feature to the between function, some users can see this change and others cannot.  The report I can see has all the changes made correctly.

 

Could it be that cached version are being stored somewhere etc? Any help that can be provided on this would be great.

    Hi Jack_Spall22 ,

    It sounds like an cache data issue, have you try to clean up all cached web browser data and refresh? Where are you data host on? Can you please share something detailed?

    BTW, Azure data service refresh operations may contains refresh delay for different data region users.
