Sharing report/dashboard across workspaces
I have several workspaces I use. Some I created after getting Power BI, others I created in Microsoft Teams, so they show as workspace.
I can copy reports into the Workspaces I made in Power BI from the reports I made in the Teams workspaces; however, I can share the teams report into my own personal workspace.
I want to make my personal workspace a spot where I can track user metrics and other reports I make in the other workspaces, but it seems unpredictable and confusing on how I can make myself an owner of these teams workspaces, because I think that's the reason it isn't working.

If you'd like to track the user metrics on your personal workspace, it's not possible coz you can't invite anyone to your personal workspace, that's different with the App workspace. you might refer to this post:

Hi, to clarify I create these reports and publish them to their respective workspaces. Then I create a custom User Metric Report, one of which I was able to pin to My Workspace's dashboard for a workspace I created in Power BI's website. However, all the other workspaces were made (and upgraded) from Teams. I'm unable to pin these to My Workspace.
