Sharing outside organization broken?

As mentioned in https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/admin/service-admin-azure-ad-b2b :
To invite guest users, a Power BI Pro license is needed. Pro Trial users can't invite guest users in Power BI.
You need an offical pro license.
