Sharing Dashboard without sharing the dataset
Hey guys, I know there is a near identical thread on this forum already, however it is no solution to my problem. My goal is to share a dashboard without the user having access to the dataset. ...
Hi Rawbin,
When we share a dashboard with others, the recipients have no access to detailed data in dataset, neither have no edit permission. They can just view the related report via clicking the dashboard tile. Per my understanding, what you mean is to restrict user's access to source report, right? Unfortunately, this is not achievable now.
