Sharepoint dashboard project help

First, I am still a beginner but I am very interested in Power BI. frankly, I am a student looking to use the software for a project idea will help me to get a job. I am looking for a professional welling even paid services or individual can send an offer. 

I need someone can help me to design a dashboard on a SharePoint page auto-updating from another list page on the SharePoint site.  so, we should have two pages, one for data entry as a list and one for the dashboard. 

The project is a dashboard for KPIs of emergency teams.

1. An interactive dashboard should be updated timely.
2. A page for KPI data entry such SharePoint pages or any secured data entryway (Multiple source data entry more that, one at the same time can add KPIs).

Once the KPI data entry adds record the dashboard will be updated and also, can be accessed from management.

the dashboard will consist of location, and time formatting calculations
