Shared Cloud Connections (SCC) for dataflows?
Does anyone know if Shared Cloud Connections (SCC) are coming to dataflows?
The only way to share connections for dataflows is using a gateway, which means all refresh traffic has to go through the gateway which isn't necessary for cloud sources. TIA

Hi jeffshieldsdev ,When trying to create a shared cloud connection for a data flow, you can see the following prompt.
Shared cloud connections are not available in the data flow, only personal cloud connections are supported.

Hi! You can already do this. You will need to create a connection, but no gateway is needed unless your admins require it (like, Google Big Query doesn't need a gateway, but some companies still opt to use one). I want to create one connection to the data source and share the connection with the developers on my team.
I cannot do this. I don't want to have to give them the credentials so they can create another (personal) connection to it. Thanks.
Based on the article, you would create the connection and add the users that you want to share it with. When they go to configure their semantic model they will switch from the personal cloud connection that is the default to the one that you shared with them.

Thanks, I have reviewed this. Have you tried using a shared cloud connection to refresh a dataflow before? It doesn't seem possible.
