Share Content Pack with non-Pro Users
After I create an Organizational Content Pack (using Power BI Pro), can I share that Organizational Content Pack with other users in my organization that are using the free Power BI version? And if that is possible, could they then save a copy and adjust it? Or would they need the Pro version in order to save a modified copy?
Anonymous Org Content Packs are Pro only. If you use a Pro feature when creating any report/dashboard - all end users must have a Pro license to view/access the dashboards/reports/content pack. See here for licensing access.
When they have a Pro license, "yes" they can create a copy of a report shared by a content pack, and make adjustments.
