Service for cleaning data before connection with SQLServer via powerquery

Is there any service that allow me to clean data before I import it to Power BI?

I found the preprocessing step using the power bi embedded tools are sometimes to tight to work on. Also, I even get some relationship bugs in the process that force me to make kludges, that are expensive to make (time wise).

It can be a paid service.
