send e-mail from power BI
I have a question regarding a report created on the Power BI Service. Is it possible to send an email based on specific conditions?
For example, I would like to set a threshold in the data and use it in a way such as "If the number of cases for Mr. XX in May exceeds 4, send a notification email to a pre-specified user."
It would be great if we could freely set the conditions for sending based on the data.

You can also use Data Activator. Data Activator is a no-code experience in Microsoft Fabric for automatically taking actions when patterns or conditions are detected in changing data. For more details, please refer:Get data for Data Activator from Power BI - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn

Yes, it's possible to set up email notifications in Power BI for specific conditions, but Power BI doesn't natively support fully customizable conditional alerts and email automation directly within the Power BI Service. Instead, we can achieve this by using Power BI alerts along with Power Automate for more flexible, condition-based email notifications.
