    Thanks for confirming. Since the Environment is Demo and the Company Name matches the name in Business Central, please try updating these values and refreshing the semantic model again.

     

    Hopefully, this resolves the issue. Please let us know how it goes.

HI AW-FP,

This is more likely authentication problem raher than  some issue with PowerBI
,

  1. Re-enter the Business Central credentials in Semantic Model > Settings > Data source credentials.
  2. Ensure the account has the required permissions in Business Central.
  3. Verify that OAuth2 authentication is being used and sign in again if prompted.
  4. If the password or MFA settings changed recently, update the credentials and try the refresh again.
  5. If the issue persists, sharing the full error message would help identify the root cause.
