scheduled update disabled

Hi ,

 

I wanted to start the scheduled update process but it is disabled, the dashboard I use is powered by several different sources, all coming from the orgazioncioal sharepoint, does anyone know how to enable this option?

    Hi, Anonymous 

     

    I think you did not configure Gateway Connection.

    Step1 - Goto Manage Gateway and configure source connections(Credentials)
    Step2 - Assign configured source
    Step3 - Enable schedule refresh

    I recently noticed that when your credentials are configured incorrectly, the schedule refresh button also turns gray. This may help you.
