Schedule Refresh Option is disabled.
Hi,
I have a dashboard ready and published to the Power Bi Service.
I have connected the dashboard to redshift.
But, we need to connect to the VPN to access the data in redshift.
Power Bi Service cannot detect VPN running in my local system and I have schedule a refresh of the data so that the dashboard changes it's graphs daily without any manual intervention.
While checking the option to schedule refresh in Power Bi Service it is greyed out .
How can I achieve this?

The only way for the refresh to work in the Service is for the Service to be able to get to the data directly. This is done through the Gateway and a Data Source.
A VPN might add a tricky layer in there if the Gateway has to have a VPN as well. But, here are a few articles to help get that set up.
