RLS Single User with Multiple Emails
Hi,
I've 1 user with 2 emails in Outlook. But RLS in Power BI Service only allows me to select 1 email. I've changed her actual name, lets call her Mandy Alice, she has 2 emails [email protected] and [email protected] but in Power BI Service RLS only 1 email [email protected] is available for select.
Is there any way to make both emails available for selection at the RLS screen. Because, the email captured in the Power BI report is [email protected]. Thank you very much! 🙂

The account information you log in to power bi service can see the UPN you are in, and RLS is applied to this UPN. So the account information in this UPN is displayed in RLS.
And you cannot log in and use two AAD accounts to log in to power bi services at the same time.Best Regards,
