Rest API for workspace folder creation

Does anyone know if you can create a folder in a workspace using the rest api.  I can see references to Subfolder object id in some calls but it seems like this would be the id of an existing fold...

Hi CrazyCraigo ,

Based on the description, the product does not have documents to introduce information about creating a folder by using the rest api. 

But for the power bi report server,  using the REST API to create folders.
