Helper IVI have the same exact issue and none of the suggested ideas by Anonymous helped me unfortunately. I haven't changed any settings from when mine worked fine so I think this is a bug. One of the ones I need to add a name to has over 40 recipients and I can only think I'll have to delete it and start over... ☹️
