Report is not loading under 'Shared with Me'
Could you please help on it ? Few users couldn't open a report when they click on a report which is under 'Shared with me'. But, the same report is loading fine without any issues in a new tab in Chrome browser ( right click on report and select the option 'Open link in a new tab'). I am little surprised. Could you please tell me what is going on here. users gets the below popup whenever they try this.
Note : They cleared all browser history and tried it in EDGE browser as well.

I have some users experiencing this same issue. Have not found a reason for it yet, but generating a link to share with the rules "only work for users with existing access" and having them click it clears it up. Not a great solution, but we're working on it.
