Report Access - Automatic Reply with Instructions
Is there a way I can send emails to users who requested access to the Power BI Report?
I know there is a way when user requests build permissions for dataset but I am looking for the report?

There is no way to do that at this time - however, I think this is a good idea that you can make here - Ideas (powerbi.com)
