Region selection
Hello,
How does it come that when I sign up for Power BI with a .be login, I get registered in the North Europe datacenter instead of West Europe?
Is it because the Power BI Service doesn't exist in West Europe?

The region is selected by the first user creating the account. That is where your tenant is located. Please refer to document below:
Where is my Power BI tenant located?
When you sign in, it will find the nearest cloud server.
