Would you please try to uninstall the gateway and re-install the latest version of the gateway, update the setting of Mashup engine by this link?
In addition, if both personal gateway and enterprise gateway running on the same machine at the same time, there seems to be a conflict. It is recommended to uninstall the one which is not currently using.
If it still doesn't work, please create a support ticket with Activity ID and Request ID provided.
