Refresh error

I'm getting an error when I try to refresh mu data. The table "ToplineImpact" is created as a dataflow, and it works fine when i refresh through PBI desktop.

Data source error: {"error":{"code":"DM_GWPipeline_Client_OAuthTokenRefreshFailedError","pbi.error":{"code":"DM_GWPipeline_Client_OAuthTokenRefreshFailedError","parameters":{},"details":[]}}} Table: ToplineImpact.
Cluster URI: WABI-NORTH-EUROPE-F-PRIMARY-redirect.analysis.windows.net
Activity ID: 8d9fd6bd-41d1-485d-9887-574a9057f4d9
Request ID: 098dcb6b-7d60-0ccc-16db-e9d7fc28582e
Time: 2021-01-04 09:42:29Z

From the error it seems that the problem is credentials, but it does not show, when I look at the "Credentials" in the Data Source Connection:

Thus, it should not be related to gateway, as it is cloud based. But for some reason, the error persist,

Any Ideas??

    Hi Ibendlin

All credentials are good. The problem was the "Privacy level" which was different for the two OData sources, Once I corrected that, it worked again. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction 🙂

  • Some of your credentials (or their tokens) have expired.  You have chosen to skip connection test which makes it impossible to troubleshoot. Uncheck that box, test all connections, and refresh all credentials as needed.
