Refresh based on a flag

Hi,

 

I want to be able to refresh my report which is published onto Powerbi.com based on a flag result. The flag is a column in my sql server table and when I query the table and get "Y" in the flag column, power bi report should refresh without me having to schedule it. Is it possible?

    As far i know not possible as of now.

    Hopefully they will add capability of on-demand refresh using API soon...

    Hi Anonymous,

     

    It is possible to do it currently as dilkushpatel mentioned above. Here is a similar idea shared on Power BI Ideas. You can vote it up and add your comments there to improve Power BI on this feature.:smileyhappy:
