  • Hi lakshmipai ,

The person who published that report will be able to see the questions whatever user typed on the q&a in power bi desktop. But as per my knowledge we don't have a option to download that data.

    Thanks,

Thanks for the reply fromSaiTejaTalasila, please allow me to provide another insight:

    Hi,lakshmipai

Regarding the issue you raised, my solution is as follows:

As SaiTejaTalasila said, Review questions are not currently available for downloading, but for now, the Review questions you have found are the most effective way to see Q&A visual questions.

1.Note that if you can't find your file, check if it's a semantic model (formerly called dataset)

2.Second, whether his storage mode is import, the Q&A Settings Menu is currently only available in Power BI Desktop, and currently only supports import mode.

3.Of course, there are some limitations to Q&A visuals that you might want to be aware of. Here is a screenshot of the relevant official documentation:

If you feel that performance needs to be improved, you can also submit an idea on Home (microsoft.com)and wait for users with the same needs as you to vote for you and help you realize the idea as soon as possible.
