Q&A not working

Hi everyone,   On my Power BI service dashboard, Q&A is giving me the message "We weren't able to load suggestions right now. Please try again later."  This message was displayed a few days ago too...

Hi there

Can you check that there are no Roles configured in the PBIX file?

If you have a role created it will disable the Q&A

    Hi, no there are no roles in the pbix file.

      You are using your PBIX with the data imported?

        Yes, the data is from local excel files imported to Power BI desktop, and published from there to Power BI Service.  I am having instances of a report where Q&A is enabled both from reports and dashboard, and then becomes greyed out with Q&A from dashboard returning error message that it is not able to load suggestions, or not able to find a good answer.
