Q&A not working

Hi everyone,

 

On my Power BI service dashboard, Q&A is giving me the message "We weren't able to load suggestions right now. Please try again later."  This message was displayed a few days ago too.  Data is from locally held Excel files.  Other dashboards using the same files (but from a different report) can use the Q&A.

 

Also, the "Ask a question" is not an option in the report section of Power BI service for this particular report, and I cannot understand why. (again, it is an option on other reports).

 

Anyone any ideas?

    Hi there

    Can you check that there are no Roles configured in the PBIX file?

    If you have a role created it will disable the Q&A

      Hi, no there are no roles in the pbix file.
