Published report slicer not working correctly

HI Testeri​,
Check whether Persistent filters are contributing to the unexpected slicer behaviour. Microsoft documents that saved filter selections, particularly when combined with bookmarks, can cause unexpected results. Reset the report to its default state and temporarily disable Persistent filters to check whether the behaviour changes. Also, compare the slicer's filtering behaviour with the Filters pane and verify the slicer selection and interaction settings.

    Hi v-saisrao-msft​ ,

    I tried to reset report to default state and also checked persistent filters option in settings in desktop and in service, no help.

    I created a new report page with brand new slicer and a card where selected slicer value is shown with a measure:

    Debug selected =

    SELECTEDVALUE(

        'Table'[Slicer column],

        "NOT SINGLE"

    )

    The card is showing correct value in desktop for every selection but not in the service. However, I noticed something more strange in the service. Card is showing correct value in service for ONE specific selection in slicer but all other selections are shown as "NOT SINGLE". 🤯
