Publish to web
Hi. If you want to share with publish to web the best practice is refreshing data or updating the report at night or out of the working hours. Why is that? The documentation says: "The data is cached for one hour from the time it is retrieved. If you update the report definition (for example, if you change its View mode) or refresh the report data, it can take some time before changes are reflected in the version of the report that your users view. "
You might need to wait each time you make some changes. You can read more about this here:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-publish-to-web
On the other hand if you want to keep the same URL for the embed just keep replacing the file when you publish the changes.
I hope that helps,
Thanks for reply. So, when I have alrready published the web my report, after I change some visuals or refresh data in power bi desktop, I have to publish it again and replace existing file in the report and my users will see updated visuals/data after some time on the same link?
There are not any way they to see updated visuals/data immediately, if they refresh their page?

You don't have to do it two times. The best approach is changing your pbix and publish (replace) it in the Service. That's one time.
No there aren't. Publish to Web is not recommended to use as a production environment because it is public. You should never use it for sensitive data. You can't know when a refresh will change inmediately and when it might take 30 minutes. If you want inmediate changes, you need to purchase some license and share with Power Bi Service.Regards,
