Hello Team,

  • Hi Sachin_5579

Since Publish to Web is available for some reports but not this one, there may be a specific restriction applied to the dataset or tenant settings.

    Could you please confirm:

    • Whether the workspace is hosted on a supported capacity type.
    • If your Power BI tenant settings allow Publish to Web.
    • Whether the report contains data sources, sensitivity labels, or security features that may block Publish to Web.

Also, please share a screenshot of the disabled/missing option and the dataset configuration so we can investigate further.

Did it work? 👍 A kudos would be appreciated

    Hi data vitalizer,

We are using F8 Capacity for all report.

and publish to web option is enable from admin portal.

      Hi Sachin_5579

If other reports on the same F8 capacity can use Publish to Web, then the capacity is likely not the issue.

Please check whether the report has RLS, report-level measures, composite/live connections, sensitivity labels, or other unsupported features, comparing the semantic model with a working report may help identify the restriction.

Is it thoughtful? 👍 A kudos would be appreciated

  • Hi Sachin_5579

Direct Lake by itself doesn't determine whether Publish to web is available. Check whether the report has any features or data sources that aren't supported by Publish to web, and also check the tenant setting under Power BI Admin Portal > Tenant settings > Export and sharing settings > Publish to web. If the option is available for other reports with the same storage mode, compare the two reports for differences in semantic model, data sources, sensitivity labels, and report configuration.
