Publish / Upload PBIX Process hangs up

Starting two weeks ago, when I try to publsh a report from the desktop to Service, the process starts but never completes. I also tried upload the pbix file from the Service. I get the same result (stuck in the rotating circle).

Any deas how I can troubleshoot?

    Hi  Bebo ,

I recommend that you do some further testing to confirm if this is a specific issue caused by a specific device, report or network. You can test publishing other reports or try publishing this file on another device hosted in a different network. In addition, you can also use some trace capture tools to track the publishing operation to check if any ports or requests are blocked.

You can also try the following:

Is your Power BI Desktop the latest version, you can check the following link to upgrade it to the latest version and redistribute it:

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=58494

Your file may have been corrupted or the data is very large, you can rename the PBIX file and publish it again, or you can try to reduce the size of the PBIX file by removing unnecessary data or visuals

Is it any model or one model? If any, then definitely contact support. Support | Microsoft Power BI

If it is one model then...

        1. how big is the PBIX file?
        2. What kind of workspace is it? Pro, PPU, or a premium capacity, and if the latter, what size, P1, P2, P3, P4, or P5?
        3. Have you tried uploading to a different workspace as a test?
