Can you refresh report in power bi desktop? If there's no problem in power bi desktop, please update the data gateway to the lastest version and check if the issue can be solved.

Yes, the report refreshes in the desktop version. It still fails with the same error in the service, even after making sure the gateway was up to date. Thanks!
