Problems with slicer (single select) - Web service

Hi Community!

 

I published a file and I had a problem with the slicer, I have two pages in my report and use the same slicer for both.

 

The second page, in the desktop version, I made a slicer in 'Slicer settings', choose 'Single select' and it worked, so I made a copy and paste in the first page, sync the visuals and worked.

 

 

But, when I publish the report, one of the pages change the slicer and the other stay 'Single select'

 

 

How I solve this problem?

    Hi Anonymous ,

    According to your description, I repeated all the steps, but the slicer setting still keep single select in both pages. Please check each page in Desktop, in the View>Sync slicers pane, if all options are selected like screenshot below.

    Also, does the "single select" option turned on in each page in Desktop?
