Problem with MySQL DB and gateway

Hello everyoneđź‘‹, a couple of days ago we have been having problems with our connection to MySQL DB, apparently it has to do with the gateway due to the type of error that PowerBI returns. We tried making some changes to the timeout parameters but did not have positive results. If anyone has experience with this that can help us, we would greatly appreciate it. This is the error that PowerBI throws:

    Hi there

    Could you chat to your DBA and see when the queries are being run, what is happening on the database server?

    It appears that it is not sending the data back in time.
