Problem Log in credentials PBI Service - Sharepoint db

Hi all,

 

Can't log in my credentials to SharePoint, in Power BI Service. When I try to log in, instead of a window with login options, I have a window without connection.

 

My db in PBI Desktop is connected to SharePoint list Online and SharePoint folder, and the login in desktop work normally. I've defined the OAuth2 and Organizational.

 

I've activated the 60 days Pro version in PBI service, and the problem continues.  Can anyone help?

    FOPBI Sometimes it happend due to having wrong or old credientials saved into browser. You can try this method

    Create a private window of your browser and close all other tab. Now, again try to configure sharepoint connection with 

    OAuth2 and Organizational.

     

    Let me know, if it works or not. And share the error with english translated.
