Pro Error Messages

I'd assume it was a license issue but they can still see some visuals on the same dashboard but not others (all data is from the same import mode table).
Additionally, they have no issues with other dashboards in the same workspace (created off the same exact semantic model where they have an error on a different dashboard).
The error seems to resolve the following day. This is a very odd bug.
Hi greenguy2012,
ibarrau's license check is definitely the first thing I'd verify, but since you're already seeing this with users who should have Pro, I'd check the effective license assignment rather than just whether they're expected to be licensed.
Because these workspaces aren't on Premium/Fabric capacity, Microsoft requires viewers in shared capacity to have an active Power BI Pro or PPU license: Power BI service features by license type.
For one of the affected users, I'd have the Microsoft 365 admin verify the license directly under Users > Active users > Licenses and Apps. If Pro is assigned through a group, also check Billing > Licenses > Power BI Pro > Errors & issues, since Microsoft exposes group-based license assignment failures there.
The other thing I'd check is Fabric Admin Portal > Help + Support > Service Health. Microsoft documents that view for current and historical tenant-specific Power BI/Fabric incidents: Track Fabric service health and known issues.
Since the same broken visual can still be opened by other users, I'd be less inclined to blame the report/model itself unless the affected users share some other security characteristic.
If Pro is definitely active for an affected user and Service Health is clean, I'd capture the affected user, report/workspace, exact UTC timestamp and any Activity/Request IDs available from the error, then raise it with Microsoft Support. The intermittent, user-specific behaviour would be worth investigating service-side rather than continuing to change the report.
