Print Formatting Wrong - Page Size Squished Vertically

Hi,   When I right click on my report view and go to print, it won't format to fit the sheet properly. My graph that is at the bottom of my page gets smashed into the foot of the background graphic...
Need Help

Hi kgriendling

 

I know when I have tried printing from Chrome I have to go into More Settings and then place a tick in the tick box for "Background Graphics" as it sometimes is not selected.

    I tried the tick box (which was not selected as you said) but it did not change the layout at all. Any other settings that may be amiss?

      Possibly checking that the page size is correct?

       

      Or try and print initially to PDF instead of to the printer, so you can see how it will actually render once it has been printed?

        The page size on print is set to letter, which is what I think my BI app was set to. How do I verify the app setup to generate the report is set to letter?

         

        This whole software package really isn't intuitive for a printed product. I guess I will have to get my clients viewing digital data more!
